Special Events Childcare
For that special evening out, special outing, or special occasion, our childcare support services will provide companionship for your child and relief for you.

Before and After School Program
For the demands of your work life, our program is designed to help you fill those unavoidable "gaps" when your child is at risk of being unsupervised.

Substitute Parent Program
Though there truly is no substitute for YOU, this program will provide companion care for your child during those times your absence is unavoidable. This program is helpful when you need support for the regular routines of your home life.

Transportation Services
Provide you with transport services for your shopping, personal, and medical appointment needs.

Telephone Reassurance
As an ongoing benefit of being our client, you will receive friendly visits by telephone, and client satisfaction surveys.

Develop the Service Plan Right for Your Family
You will be assisted by one of our professional Coordinators, who will help you select which service plan is right for you. Additionally, we will establish a confidential client file as we learn more about your child, your family, your preferences, and your needs! The more you can share about the uniqueness of your family life, i.e., your special guidelines, beliefs, expectations, and the like, the better-acquainted we will be with the specialness of your family, and the better we can serve you!

We treat your child as if he/she is our own. If you wish, we will provide companionship, play, homework assistance, light snacks, and the quality of supervision you require! Let us know your wishes regarding watching television, for example, and any other issues which provide your child with a sense of comfort and safety and you with peace of mind.

Remember, you select not only which service program is most helpful, but also establish a suitable frequency of care...whether occasional, daily, weekly, or weekend!

We Locate the Right Childcare Worker for You
Once we have mutually determined the best childcare option for your family, we locate the most suitable, available childcare provider. We will share our progress with you every step of the way! Your child's well being, and your peace of mind, is our primary concern! You may be assured that all our workers are personally interviewed, screened for criminal histories in ten California-based Superior Courts; checked for verification of prior employment, references and residences; reviewed for appropriate training; and fingerprinted for our confidential file.

Once Childcare Services Begin
Upon developing your child's confidential service plan, your services will be monitored to ensure quality care, and your family's satisfaction! For families selecting childcare on a regular, routine, basis, you will receive a FREE initial home visit by our Care Manager, allowing us to become better acquainted while reviewing your Care Plan.

Throughout the Duration of Your Care
At Your Home Familycare is responsible for paying your childcare provider - do not do so. As an Employer, we provide interview and recruitment expertise, in-service training, worker's compensation insurance, required State and Federal taxes, payroll, and an array of benefits. You will be billed weekly for services you receive, and we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER and JCB cards.
