Homemaking/Homecare Aide
Light, routine cleaning of your home, and laundry assistance, to ensure a safe, clean, and healthy environment.

Meal Preparation
Basic meal preparation, utilizing safety and cleanliness, with sensitivity to special diets.

Non-Medical Personal Care
Provide assistance with your bathing and grooming needs, while assisting with transfers and ambulating; reminders regarding medications.

Shopping Services
Shopping on your behalf for grocery items and personal needs.

Respite Care
Provide you with companionship, while a family member receives temporary relief.

Protective Care
Provide you with companionship during a critical time - may require temporary 12 or 24 hour care.

Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide
Will provide non-medical home care for those requesting a certified caregiver.

Escort Services
Accompany you on public transportation and/or walking to appointments.

Transportation Services
Provide you with transport services for your shopping, personal, and medical appointment needs.

Care Management
As an ongoing benefit of being our client, you will receive an initial personal, in-home visit and a visit every 60 days.

Family Consultation and Assessment
Provided on behalf of family caregivers caring for adults with chronic and disabling issues, this highly personalized program offers assessment, consultation, and management services.

Premium Care Management
Provided by a CNA, you will receive ongoing monthly, non-medical visits, including review of your care plan, general observation, and enhanced reassurance.

Money Management
Assist you with bill paying and checkbook reconciliation under your control and direction.

Telephone Reassurance
As an ongoing benefit of being our client, you will receive friendly visits by telephone, and client satisfaction surveys.

Information and Referral
As an ongoing benefit of being our client you will receive information and referral upon your request.

Develop Your Service Plan of Care
With the assistance of our professional Coordinators, you will choose which of our services are the most helpful to you. Additionally, we will establish a confidential Client File that is very personally yours! We will assist you in determining not only which services are most helpful, but establish a suitable frequency of care - whether daily, weekly, or monthly!

We Locate the Right Home Care Aide for You
Once we have determined your home care needs, and become better acquainted, we actively locate the best-possible worker for you. We will share our progress with you every step of the way! Your well-being, and peace-of-mind, is our primary concern. You may be assured that all our workers are personally interviewed; screened for criminal histories in ten California-based Superior Courts; checked for verification of prior employment, references, and residences; reviewed for appropriate training accomplishments; and fingerprinted for our confidential file.

Once Your Services Begin
Upon developing your confidential Plan of Care, you will receive a FREE, initial home visit by our Care Manager. We will enjoy becoming better-acquainted with you, while reviewing your Plan of Care, and assist you with further needs you might have. As long as you are our client, we will monitor your services to ensure, quality care and your utmost satisfaction!

Throughout the Duration of Your Care
You will be billed weekly for the services you receive - you will not be responsible for paying your worker. Additionally, we accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, and JCB CARDS. Please let us know if you have long-term care insurance, your services may be a covered benefit. For a listing of our Service Rates, please give us a call.
