Introduction Whether you are interested in becoming a Professional Home Care Aide, receiving advanced training, or in receiving specific Family Caregiver skills to help you care for a loved one, then At Your Home Familycare Online Learning Academy may be the place for you! Based on the Model Curriculum and Teaching Guide for the Instruction of the Homemaker/Home Care Aide, and the National Association for Home Care Aide Services Accreditation Program you will be assured of quality course material which is specific to providing non-medical home care whether a paid caregiver, or a family member. Courses cost only $5.00 per unit and vary from 1 - 4.5 units per class.
To Get Started You may enroll at any time, selecting a class or classes of great interest, and learn at the time most convenient for you. The professional home care aide may choose classes to add up to an entire program to advance both career and knowledge. The family caregiver can take whatever classes are of interest to help them in their care of a loved one or family member. You will truly enjoy learning at your own pace and schedule in a relaxed, supportive environment!
CAHSAH Member 20% Discount! All CAHSAH members and their employees who successfully complete the course will receive a 20% discount. All students need to do is send in their certificate(s) of completion accompanied by a letter of consent from their employer. We will mail a refund check back to the employer or employee (please be sure to specify if the employer or employee should get the refund check). The letter from the employer must be on corporate letterhead and include their CAHSAH membership ID number.
